Project Chroma

This is a little prototype for  a game I'd love to make. Premise goes as follows

The world has lost all of its liveliness, color, and music! It is up to you to restore it! Do so by exploring the world and collecting "creative fragments." Each fragment you collect will add a bit liveliness to the environment.

Get the chance to explore new zones, interact with different NPCs, and restore liveliness!

This is just a short little 1 level prototype. It is meant to just highlight the main mechanics of everything. I am mainly a programmer and musician so if  this project looks interesting to you, let me know! I'd love to bring this into reality. You can message me on itch or email me at murphyd951@gmail.com!

Controls (works both with keyboard and controller):

Arrow keys (or analog stick) to move

Space (or A button) to jump

E (or B button) to interact

Currently this works with windows.

The music, NPC sprites, and prompts are all mine.
